Jeera (cumin seeds)– 1/2tsp

Hing– 1/2 tsp

How to prepare:-

Starting with tomato, onion, carrots and Put them in a small grinder and make a paste of it. Now, take a bowl, add 1/2 cup of Besan in it. Add all ingredients like red chili powder, black pepper powder, turmeric powder, jeera, and hing. Add the paste we prepared earlier in this Besan mixture, along with it add some finely chopped coriander leaves and salt. Now add 1/2 cup of water into the mixture and mix them well and prepare a paste. The final process, take a pan and grease it with oil and then put the paste on the pan in circular form. Let it heated and then turn it, again let it heated. After 1-2 minute of cooking, it will ready to eat. Serve it with curd, pickles, and sauce.

How to prepare:-

Take a bowl, ass wheat flour, oil and salt in it. Add some water to it then make a soft dough out of it.

Now for stuffing mash, the boiled potatoes mix all ingredients of stuffing and prepare a good mixture. To make good paratha, divide the dough into 10-12 small balls. Then turn it into a disk shape. Take some amount of mixture and fill the disk shape and make it into a ball again. Now using Balen make a good circle with it. Pour Besan in a bowl, add salt and small chopped green chili into it. Then add some water and make a liquid paste of it.

Heat the oil; add jeera, green chili, ginger paste, turmeric powder and sauté for a while. then some coriander powder, gram masala, salt and mix them well for 2-3 min. Your stuff is ready now.

Pea – 1 cup 60 gram

Peanuts – 50 gram

Salt – 2 tsp

Oil – 2 tsp

How to prepare?

Firstly put Poha in a bowl with water. Let it soaked water for 5 minutes. Remove water from Poha, you will see Poha become soft. To make poha, take Kadai to add to peaceful oil in it and heat on medium flame. Add peanuts into oil and fry clean up till peanuts change their color. Take out peanuts from Kadai.
